Tired of figuring out who owes whom after a trip to the pub or the movies with friends? No more confusion: just create a new group, add your friends, and choose how to split the bill. It's that easy!
Co-Budget offers quick, effortless registration, greeted by a minimalist illustration of a woman with a money plant, symbolizing the benefits of budgeting and saving.
Moreover, once your personal account is created, you're greeted by a pleasant interface with a clean, clear, minimalist look accented in green, and most importantly, a convenient calculator for quick and "painless" expense splitting.
On the home screen, besides the friends list, users can check out the "Groups" section with compact yet informative cards for shared accounts.
To let users quickly scan an important card, its content area shows key account information — namely the total balance and the first three group members. The card's detail screen includes more expanded account information, the full list of members, and the group's most recent activity (member transfers, additions, or removals). Creating a new group for splitting a bill doesn't take much time: just give it a name, pick your favorite color from the options provided, and you're done!
At the bottom of the home screen there's a fixed panel with a green plus button. Tapping it takes you to the calculator — but this isn't just a simple calculator for math problems. It helps you save and choose how to split the bill.
The calculator screen is divided into four zones: a field for entering the amount, adding participants to a new shared bill or including the bill in an existing group, a field for additional information, a keypad for entering numbers, and buttons for choosing how to split the bill or expenses.
The personal account area, which is even simpler to use, holds settings for personal data, password changes, and changing the app's language and currency.
